Cancellation Insurance of your stay for pitches 

 

You have just booked your next stay in our campsite ? Do not forget to subscribe our cancellation/interruption/delay insurance !

Cancellation :
Cancellations must be in writing. All bookings for which the balance is not paid in accordance with the general terms of sale shall be cancelled. The registration
fees shall not in any case be refunded.
- All stay registered without cancellation insurance will not be refundable
- The cancellation insurance allows you to obtain a refund of the amount of your stay in case of cancellation under certain conditions (contact us) is available for booking (€ 1.20 per day).
In all cases of cancellation, the following shall either be kept or owed:
• Booking fees : 22 €
• The franchising of 25 €
• An amount equal of 120 € if you cancel more than a month before your planned arrival's date.
• The full amount of your stay if you cancel less than a month before your planned arrival's date or if you do not arrive on this date.
In the event of a cancellation on the part of the managing company of the campsite, except in the case of 'force majeure', the customer will be refunded all the paid sums.
The cancellation insurance does not ensure any refunding in the event of late arrival or anticipated departure,whatever is the cause.

 

 

The events covered by the cancellation/interruption/delay insurance  are the following (not exhaustive list):

  • death, serious personal accident, serious disease of yourself or your husband or wife or your sons, daughters, mother, father, brothers or sisters. Relapse or aggravation of a disease of your self or your husband or wife or your sons, daughters, mother, father, brothers or sisters.

  • Redundancy of yourself or your husband or wife

  • Removal following a professional transfer or cancellation of your holidays

  • Damage caused to  your main residence following a fire, water damage, degradation to your residence following a theft or act of vandalism, storm, natural disaster

  • Serious damage on your vehicle or the vehicle used for the holidays occurring less than 48 hours before leaving.
