Cancellation/Interruption/delay of your stay Insurance

You have just booked your next stay in our campsite ? Do not forget to subscribe our cancellation/interruption/delay insurance !

In case of cancellation less than 1 month before your arrival, interruption or delay of your stay and subject to respect the following conditions below, the amount of your stay (if it is already paid), the amount of the deposit (except reservation fees) will be paid back.

To be admissible, the notification of the cancellation, interruption or delay of your stay must be done by post (or given to a manager personally at the reception in case of interruption of stay) within 3 days following the event causing the cancellation (justificatory to be joined).

This insures the repayment of the contractual price of the rent if the cancellation occurs between the date of booking and the date of arrival in the campsite, for an unknown event causing the cancellation. Amount not refundable: insurance, reservation fees (20 €), excess of 25 €.

The events covered by the cancellation/interruption/delay insurance  are the following (not exhaustive list):

• death, serious personal accident, serious disease of yourself or your husband or wife or your sons, daughters, mother, father, brothers or sisters. Relapse or aggravation of a disease of your self or your husband or wife or your sons, daughters, mother, father, brothers or sisters.

• Redundancy of yourself or your husband or wife

• Removal following a professional transfer or cancellation of your holidays

• Damage caused to  your main residence following a fire, water damage, degradation to your residence following a theft or act of vandalism, storm, natural disaster

• Serious damage on your vehicle or the vehicle used for the holidays occurring less than 48 hours before leaving.
