Leisure activities next to the Orangerie de Lanniron

South Brittany provides a wide range of cultural or sports activities. Here are some of them, in the nearby of the campsite.

Atout sports

In July and August, our guests can take advantage of a system organized by the city of Quimper, regarding sports activities. This system allows people to discover more than 30 activities at reduced prices, by buying tickets at 1.60 €(2007 prices).

Adventure course

Bonobo Parc : acrobatic course in the trees for children and adults (10 € for the "sympathic course", 16 € for the "sport course" and 20 € for the "extrem course". For everybody from 4 years old.

Leisure area of Creac'h Gwen

Situated on Lanniron's former lands next to the estate (less than 1 km), around a little lake, Creac'h Gwen is a large area for leisure and relaxation.

There you will find a playground for children, 9 outdoor and indoor  tennis courts, archery, a miniature haven, a health course, a skate board course... You can also sail safely.


A botanical course will let you to discover teh flora of the fresh water lakes influenced by the salted water due to the rising tide into the river Odet till Quimper town.

Tennis tournaments are organized from time to time (please call in advance to enquiry).

Aquarive Pool complex

Aquarive is a leisure pool complex with a waves pool (the only one in Brittany), a large swimming pool, and a slide of 60 meters. This pool complex is also equipped with saunas, solarium and whirlpool baths.

Riding school

Olds and youngs will appreciate the friendly atmosphere of the Poney Club de Lanveron situated next to the campsite and organize activities in Lanniron twice a week.

A few kilometers far from the campsite on the road to Benodet you can find 2 riding schools : "le Centre équestre de Quimper Kerhuella UCPA" that provides riding programs and take the "atouts sports" tickets  and "le Centre équestre de Gouesnach"

Bowling

Bowling le Master : 12 bowling pists with a special system for children, large rooms to have a drink with friends, des billiards, games, in a muffled atmosphere

The "Moving Club of Quimper" is very complete and provides about 15 activities so you can stay in a great form.

Cinema

Quimper has 3 cinemas.

Theater

You can find 2 theater rooms in Quimper: the "théatre de Cornouaille" (modern building next to the historical town center) and the "théâtre Max Jacob" (theater from the beginning of the 20th century next to the cathedral). Music, theater and dance shows are organized all year long.

Bicycles and  little cars hire

To discover the area by the cycle routes all over the South Finistere, the  campsite proposes bicycles (for adult and children) for rent (1 hour, half a day, a day or a week).
